D1 Training Alexandria, a premier sports performance facility that trains athletes of all ages from youth to pros, works with multiple local teams and athletes to help them gain a competitive edge. We focus on developing speed, strength, agility, and power, and assisting athletes with staying healthy through their seasons.
D1’s coaching staff is comprised of former collegiate and professional athletes and certified strength & conditioning specialists with extensive experience training youth athletes safely and effectively.
D1 Alexandria is excited to offer a Speed & Strength Program specifically designed for soccer athletes during the winter to complement soccer skills training and prepare for the upcoming season!
This 5-week program will take place from February 28 to March 29 at the D1 Training Alexandria facility.
Sessions will take place at either Noon or 1:00 pm on Saturdays or Sundays. We will align participants with athletes of similar ages and experience levels.
